Mac & Mia is the creative outlet of Mia, mum to Natalie and Ryan and nana to Violet. When her daughter was active in dancing she found she had to learn very quickly how to sew all the required costumes - which in turn led to her being appointed Costume Designer for the ballet school for 11 years! After moving on from costumes, Mia started to experiment with feminine designs for little girl clothing, catering to those who are dissatisfied with the 'adult' styles currently fashionable in the shops. 8 years on and Mac & Mia are a regular fixture at the markets and Mia is still enjoying creating new styles.
The showcase size 2 dress and overalls are new to the Mac & Mia spring/summer range. The quality 100% cotton Lecien fabrics are easy wear, easy care, utterly feminine and beautifully complimentary. The fresh floral fabric was chosen specifically to represent the theme of "Spring" for the showcase.
The dress and overalls can be worn separately, or the dress can be worn under the overalls as a blouse (or with other pants or skirts) as your child outgrows it. Both items come with a removable contrasting flower brooch. These are at a special introductory price of $55 including registered post.
